Title: Rare cell search
Biotech companies strive to find rare cells producing antibody that binds to target antigen. Our collaborator uses phage library used for expression of antibody on surface of yeast cells with fluorescence assay to detect antibody – antigen binding. Droplet minipools is a method allowing very high throughput screening. We demonstrated that yeast cells could be partitioned into minipools on the Dexter platform and fluorescence measured to identify the rare positive cells. With the robotic selective cell retrieval capability, use Dexter to quickly find and recover your cells of interest.
